Terms of Website Use

Using this website

This website provides information about dog grooming services, pet care products and appointment planning, along with a form for sending an enquiry. Submitting the form starts a grooming discussion; it does not automatically confirm an appointment.

Booking a grooming appointment

1. Choose a grooming service and provide useful details about your dog.
2. Send your grooming enquiry through the contact form.
3. Wait for a reply about your dog's grooming needs, requested services and appointment details.
4. Treat an appointment as confirmed only after separate confirmation.

Grooming information

Appointment requirements, availability, pricing and any other terms are confirmed separately when we reply. Specific coat needs, handling preferences and additional grooming services should also be discussed before an appointment is confirmed.

Pet care products

Pet care products are not purchased automatically through this website. Product recommendations, suitability, pricing and any related arrangements are discussed separately before a grooming or care plan is confirmed.
